Belmont Peanuts appreciates our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-648-4613 or email within 10 days of purchase. We will gladly issue a replacement or refund the original item purchased directly from Belmont Peanuts.

Please note that refunds and replacements will only be issued if the purchase was made directly from Belmont Peanuts.

Make sure that on all orders, your shipping addresses are 100% correct. Otherwise, a $19.50 UPS address correction fee will be invoiced. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Damaged Packages:

If you receive your package damaged, please take pictures of the box and product and email them to us at so that we may then file a claim and ship out any replacements that are necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Belmont Peanuts will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
