Here at Belmont Peanuts, we appreciate our customers and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-648-4613 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days after receipt of goods. We will evaluate the issue and determine a plan of action the best way to satisfy our customers.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued if the purchase was made directly from Belmont Peanuts. If you purchased your product through an alternative source or retail store, you will need to contact them directly to discuss refund/return options.
Please make sure all of the items in your cart are correct prior to purchase. Belmont Peanuts cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding items that were wrongly ordered.
Discount codes must be used at checkout. We cannot go back and reissue a coupon after checkout has been completed.
Orders are shipped from Virginia, Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays. MOST orders are shipped 24-48 hours from receipt of purchase. During the holidays, shipping times may take longer. Please note that these time frames are an estimate and not a guarantee. If you need expedited shipping, you must select an expedited shipping method during checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping does not deliver on Saturdays & Sundays, or holidays. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correct. Additional charges will occur if reshipment is needed. If the address is commercial, please give the company name. UPS may not deliver or charge more in these instances. Businesses operating out of your home are not considered commercial. Belmont Peanuts will not be responsible for reshipment fees due to incorrect nor incomplete addresses. Belmont will pass along a $19.50 address correction fee or return fee that is charged. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after coupons/discounts are applied) for orders going within the continental U.S.A.. Free shipping excludes Alaska & Hawaii.
Please report any damaged packaging to Belmont immediately once received. Photograph all damaged boxes, packaging, products for carrier follow up purposes. We will gladly file a claim with the shipment carrier & ship out a replacement order to you as soon as possible.
